"The fit ended up being just right"
I ordered from MATTEO and wasn’t totally sure what to expect with the sizing. I checked the size chart a few times before ordering, and luckily it turned out to be accurate. When I tried it on, the fit was just right, not too tight and not too loose. For me, sticking with my usual size worked perfectly.

"Clean site that left a good impression"
I remember opening MATTEO and feeling kind of relieved right away because it wasn’t cluttered or overwhelming. The design has this simple, modern feel, and the colors work really nicely with the product photos. Browsing around was easy, and the whole site felt trustworthy to me. A few pages could maybe use a little more breathing room or clearer sections, but overall I had a good experience. I’d give it 4 stars.

"Exchange took way too long"
So... I accidentally ordered the wrong size and reached out to do an exchange. They did get back to me, but it took about 3 days, and the instructions weren’t the clearest.

I also had to pay for return shipping and then wait all over again for the replacement to arrive. The item itself is fine, but the whole exchange process felt slower and more frustrating than it needed to be

"Not worth it, not worth it"
I ordered from matteola.com the item looked way cheaper in person than it did in the photos. The fabric was really thin, the stitching was loose in a few places, and after just one wash it totally lost its shape. I wasn’t expecting anything fancy, but this was bad, like really bad. Definitely wouldn’t buy again.

"Got it sorted without any hassle"
I had a small issue and I was a bit annoyed at first, but they got it fixed quickly. Support was friendly, kept things simple, and didn’t make it a bigger deal than it needed to be

"Fast answer without any weird pressure"
I had a quick question and they replied way faster than I expected. I’ll admit I was half expecting some kind of sales push or runaround, but it wasn’t like that at all. Super easy to deal with and stress-free.

I ordered from matteola.com and was mostly just hoping the delivery wouldn’t be a hassle... but it showed up exactly on the day they said it would. No chasing, no random delays, and the tracking was clear enough to know what was going on. Happy overall, just simple and stress-free...

"The return process took longer than I..."
The return process took longer than I thought it would. A lot of waiting around. The emails weren’t super clear either, so I wasn’t always sure what was going on. I did get my refund in the end, but it wasn’t exactly smooth

"Good variety, just a few items missing"
So... I was actually surprised by how many options Matteola had. I found a few styles I liked without having to search too much, which was nice. A couple of things I wanted were out of stock though, so I’d give it 4 stars overall.

I ordered from matteola.com and wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised. The fabric felt super soft as soon as I took it out of the bag, and it wasn’t scratchy at all, which was the main thing I was worried about.

I also got the order confirmation and receipt by email right away, so that was reassuring. I washed it once already and it still feels really nice, maybe even a little softer. Delivery was normal and easy, so overall I’m happy with it.

"Nice craftsmanship, but not quite what I expected"
The stitching looks neat and feels solid overall, so I’ll give it credit for that. There was one small rough edge I noticed, though, which was a little disappointing. I guess I felt slightly misled because I expected it to be finished a bit more cleanly. Still, it’s a decent piece and I’m mostly happy with it.

"Not as described, and the verification was annoying"
This just wasn’t what I expected. It felt kind of cheap and a bit off compared to the description. On top of that, having to go through verification again and again was really frustrating. Not a great experience overall.

"Feels thinner than I expected"
I grabbed these sheets from matteola.com quickly because I needed a new set and didn’t have a ton of time to compare options. Now that I’ve used them, they don’t feel like the thread count they advertise. They’re a little rough and thinner than I was expecting. Not terrible, but for the price, I thought they’d feel softer and more comfortable.

"Looked nice at first but the wrinkles came back"
I was happy with it when I first got it because it looked nice and felt like it was going to hold up well, but after washing it the wrinkles showed up again quickly and I was a little disappointed because I thought it would stay smoother for longer.

"Surprisingly Fast Shipping"
I ordered from matteola.com and, i wasn’t expecting much in terms of shipping speed, but they actually did a solid job. The tracking email came through quickly, and the package showed up a few days earlier than I thought it would. No delivery issues or weird delays either, which is always a nice surprise. Happy with how it went...

"I've been using mine for a while..."
I've been using mine for a while now, and I’m impressed with how well it’s held up. The material still looks almost brand new, and there’s no weird stretching or loose parts even with daily use. It just feels sturdy in a good, reliable way, so I’m happy with it

"Good stock overall, like I said just one thing was out"
Most of the stuff I looked for was actually in stock, which was nice. Like I said, there was just one item I wanted that was sold out, but the site showed that clearly so it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, it was easy to see what was available and find what I needed.
